Bad quality product and "out of stock" issues

I have received a bad quality product (printed iPhone 7 cover) and insisted on a replacement item. The item is now apparently out of stock and I was promised delivery this coming Friday which is unacceptable as the gift is for valentines day purposes and will not serve any purpose if I receive it after the 14th Feb. I need this resolved urgently otherwise this was my LAST order.
