Bad quality flowers.

I received flowers yesterday for my birthday from my son that works abroad. The Roses looks like old roses half torn pebbles. I think it is not wright to show beautifull pics on your site and what you get is bad quality flowers, but yet again what do you expect from South Africa these days, poor service delivery and no after sale service or comunication.
