Bad quality and even worse service

Received the gift I ordered for my husband. Luckily I opened it to check before giving it to him because the printing quality of the photos were horrid. There were lines all over the photos. Looks like their printer ran out of ink or they just use a really cheap printer. Customer care consultant decided on my behalf to send a courier to pick up the gift and refund my money without informing me of her decision.
