Bad product I ever seen or received from such big and well known company

So much disappointed with the bouque, that I ordered from Net Florist Flower's, I ordered a month ago. A day before delivery, I received a call to inform me that, what I ordered they don't have.

Following day a received a package, it was a wreath for the funeral, I had to rearrange cut the sterms make them small, to look like a bouque.
