Bad & poor service

I ordered flowers with a vase on 26 July 2024, for my wife on our anniversary on Saturday 27th July 2024. These flowers was never delivered on the date I have chosen. On Sunday 28th July 2024 we went to church and when we came back, there was 4 missed calls on my wife's phone. I return the call and spoke to Nstikelelo( phone number ***) from Netflorist in CAPE TOWN and asked him why didn't he delivered on Saturday. He said his car broke down and his phone was dead. I said to him but he was supposed to call me. I also said he should have a backup plan but he just drop the phone on me and said I can call customer service, he don't care. I feel this is bad service on their side. Now my wife didn't receive her flowers which was for our anniversary. I called the office today 29 July and spoke to Siya to report this and requested a refund.
