bad news on 50th anniversary

I ordered 50 roses for our 50th anniversary, delivery was only received at 15.15 PM of our anniversary day, I did ask on order to deliver early! The roses were not 50 but 48 and a broken one, when I phoned they offered a R100 voucher, I told them I wanted the rose I paid for as it meant something to make it to 50 , as I paid for, could not do that they said. I have had bad experiences before and should not have tried again, now will never use them again, a useless service provider.
