BAD NEDFLORIST SERVICE / MANAGER

very bad experience received from NetFlorist made an order early in the morning , called during the day to find out when the parcel would be delivered, was told by 8 pm and never did called back the next day 3 time to speak to the manager , yet again waiting for 5 to 10 mins for them to just tell me he will call me back Mr Sihle Makhunga finally calls me back when Im on hold for him and say he is calling me only because i called him 3 times already , and also telling me that he will get to my issue as he has not read my complaint , this to me is the worst service manager , Service i have ever seen or heard off ,
