bad luck bear

<p>I ordered 2 gifts to be delivered on the 15th February for my wife. one bear arrived , but the personalised message on the bear was for somebody else. I sent a query to netflorist and was gaurenteed that it will all be resolved. however theycame to collect the wrong bear, but failed to deliver the right bear. This was after I was advised that the correct bear would be there by the 17th February. Today is the 21 and still no bear has arrived. I mailed them again and i have not recieved a responce via e-mail as yet. order # ********** 24. This experience has not been pleasent at all.</p>
