Bad Florist

What started out as a company that I could rely on sending flowers to loved ones and colleagues, is turning out to be a total sham. Yesterday I placed an same day order delivery. This item is still to be delivered, I was embarrassed when I asked the recipient if she liked her surprise, to which she rep**** what surprise and was so confused. I presented my problem to Net florist and was told that even though the order was placed and accepted they are out of stock, they do not even have stock as I type this review. The answer that I received was it will be delivered today.. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, no communication was provided of flowers being out of stock, when I placed the order and PAID for it I expected the service as advertised, however what did I get... NOTHING.
