Bad First Experience

I ordered the Smurf Nappy Cake from Netflorist on Thursday the 30th of July for delivery on Friday the 31st. The order was for a baby shower that I had to attend on Saturday which was Smurf themed - hence my order for the SMURF nappy cake. When my order arrived there was a huge giraffe teddy in the hamper instead of the smurf teddy. This was my first time ordering from Netflorist and what a disappointment! I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
