Bad delivery services again!

<p>Order: ********** 78</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday my flowers were delivered with no chocolates. I immediately called your helpline and the lady said the driver "forgot" but hes in the area and he'll come by just now.</p> <p> </p> <p>NO one came. I called 4 hours later and a guy said that you are outve stock and I will only get it today( 14th). Then he checke d the system and said guy is “on his way to you” and itll be there today (13th).</p> <p>It is now the14th and more than 24 hours later. I am still with half an order which is riduclous and really takes away from the point of having things delivered!</p> <p>If you cannot cope with the load of orders then stop taking orders.</p> <p>Dont give half deliveries and give out the wrong advice and still not deliver.</p> <p>This is my second experience with you where a spoecial occasion was ruined by bad delivery!!</p> <p>Your staff need to be better trained. Your operations team need to learn better planning and dispatch!</p> <p> </p>
