Bad delivery service

Netflorist is becoming more and more complacent with delivering gifts and bouquets on time. What is the point of booking a delivery for a special occasion and they don't deliver on the date. I booked a delivery 4 days in advance. By 2pm that day, I tracked the order only to find that they still were processing it. COVID is not an excuse because this has happened before, pre COVID and they been along long enough to understand the dynamics of the business.
