Bad delivery service

Order was placed 08-05-2018, delivery was for 11-05-2018. No one delivered anything on that day. Then they tried to deliver today 14-05-2018, and I received a response at 10:35am that the delivery could not be received. It is delivery at a business (Correct adress triple checked) open 7am to 4pm. Please explain the service received. The delivery has lost its meaning, as it was meant for Friday the 11th, and you still cant get it delivered????
