BAD Delivery but efficient refund

I ordered flowers to be delivered during working hours on 2 Sept but they were unable to deliver on time. They could possibly have been busy from Spring still... but they need to make provisions for when there are many orders.<br> <br> Despite that disappointment... They did however refund me the full amount of my order including delivery, without any hassle or complaints.
