Bad customer service from Rene malan

Worst customer service ever!!!!!They had a system error and i had to wait for hours until i received feedback from a lady by the name of Rene Malan. She did absolutely nothing in her power to go out of her way to assist me, i will never support Netflorist again they always had great customer service and delivery times. but this lady has no clue on how to treat customers. was planning on using them within my business but will take my business elsewhere. And i am still waiting on a refund!
