Bad customer service

Even giving Nerflorist a star is a waste of Good stars. As my friend ordered flowers to be delivered to me for my birthday 24/03/2020. Till today I have not received the flowers but they have been paid for. The only thing I'm receiving is promises but nothing. Extremely disappointing
