Bad customer service

I'm soooo disappointed with the service I received at Netflorist. I requested for a delivery. But they indicated on the tracker that it was delivered. I called the person who is supposed to be the recipient and they never received the order. I called Netflorist and I was assisted by someone by the name of Zenobia who gave me such disgusting customer care, gave me so much attitude. I only found out when I called in that the landlines number I gave them, they couldn't get a hold of the recipient. They did not bother to advise me that yet the tracker states that the order was delivered at 11h43. I don't know why people still use this service of *********** people
