Bad customer service at Netflorist

The service at Netflorist is bad. I ordered a mothers gift and I was promised free chocolates if I order before a certain date....I ordered a large Hatbox and a Mother's Day ballon. The order was late with 2 days and no free chocolates and the ballon were delivered. I called and they said they will refund me within 3 to 10 working days....today it's Day 13 still no money and they are telling me different stories. There is no customer service and they don't care about their clients
