Bad customer service and not sticking to delivery dates

Can't complain about the service because there isn't any! Placed the order on the 31August with delivery date on the 01September. After receiving an email with confirmation and whatsapp as well to confirm delivery for that day. Nothing came, contacted them the following day, they confirmed again that delivery would be on the 02September, received a call from the courier driver stating that they would deliver before 12. Again nothing!!!
