Bad customer service

I ordered same day delivery flowers and chocolates for my Mothers birthday (25/01/2016). <br> <br> Flowers were still in transit at 7pm yet i choose the business option. This morning i recieve an email claiming that their team tried to contact me. <br> <br> I complained on their social media and said from the onset that the gift should not be delivered.<br> <br> Oddly enough the gift get delivered. I continue to complain on Facebook only to be ignored and ive been on hold for over 5mins calling their useless call centre!!!<br> <br> This is not the first time i have recieved late delivery and service from Netflorist and i made this clear!!!<br> <br> Return my money cause you have lost the plot NETFLORIST
