Bad Customer Service

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. I requested that it be delivered either before 9am or after 1pm. It was delivered at 12pm! I know delivery times cannot be guaranteed but I think that I gave more than enough of a time range. My mother is a house wife and cant sit at home all day waiting for a delivery on her birthday.<br> <br> The gift was left with security. So the flowers and chocolates that I bought are now sitting in the sun whilst we are having a heat wave! If they are at all damaged or wilted at all I want a refund/replacement.<br> <br> The call centre was rude and unapologetic. So disgusted, won't use Netflorist again. I will also be complaining on Twitter and all other social media platforms. I hate bad customer service.
