Bad Customer Service

I place an order yesterday in the morning hoping it will be delivered to before 14H00. The person knocks off at 15:00 and i did follow up and told them that i used the work address and they knock off at 15:00 and to my surprise even now they haven't delivered yet. They taught me a lesson not to rely on them again.
