Bad Customer Service!!!

Cancelled order as they **** about the delivery date.... Phone a week later to querey refund and it wasn't even put through! Have emailed and phoned countless times and get ignored via email and opperators don't do thier job as THE REFUND WASN'T EVEN PUT THROUGH!!! 1.5 weeks later and still nothing... shocking. Will rather go else where.
