Bad Customer service

I ordered form them and these were the key areas :This was for Father's day 17 July 2018 -They delivered on the wrong date and incomplete order -they told me that my MAIN item is out of stock friday afternoon via email, didn't bother to let me know via a call (sunday was a fathers day) -I called the number provided on your website and one of your consultants said she will investigate and call me back and she didnt bother -Called again and the phone was hanged up on me - Called again and i was given a voucher and when i tried to order the apron , i got the message that it was not allowed. -Now everything was out of stock and i had to order something expensive that will only be delivered today 19th July 2018

Fathers day was just ruined
