Bad customer service

Cancelled my order on the 14th due to ill management and negligence of the delivery date, "same day delivery" is the biggest ****. I was notified that the money would reflect back in to my account in 7 working days. On the 7th day I queried it and it was apparently never processed! I phoned the call center and the only answer is, "sorry there's nothing i can do". OFCOURSE THEY CAN DO SOMETHING!!!! the only problem is that with a company that has no vision, mission OR values they just DONT want to do something. Worst company ever, learn something from Takealot, its called customer service.
