Bad customer service

This is my first and my last order . Bad customer service ever , they never stick to their delivery time as advised when placing order. I placed an order on a personalized item and i was only called 2 days after the day they were supposed to deliver to tell me my picture is not visible. The lady by the name of Portia then called and told me my picture is not visible and she will send email which I will reply with another picture. That never happened . I took upon myself to call them again and still I did not receive the said email. At this point I am not sure if I will ever receive my order.
