Bad customer service

<p>Such an Appauling service!!!!!, i had recently purchased a delivery order that was meant to be delivered on the a specific date which was a special day , but however the order was not delivered, i called them to enquire about it, i had to be put on hold for aprroximately an hour of no help , THEY RUINED MY SURPRISE GIFT!!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!</p>
