Bad Bad Worst Service Ever :(

I have placed an order on the 26th March and to Date this has not been delivered. i have made over 15 Calls to them, even spoke to the manager that was on the floor yesterday, he apologized promised me it will be delivered this morning 28 March - and still no ordered delivered. This was meant to be a birthday delivery on the 26th March - Same day delivery. WHY advertise same day delivery, and on the 3rd you still didn't deliver. Weather my order was R2.00 OR R500.00 , Im still a customer at the end of the day . . its really sad how you guys operate. i work with clients everyday, and if i carried on like this, the company would close down.
