Bad bad service-late delivery

How about spend less money on false advertising and get your orders out. Seriously, you obviously just do not care about what your customers think, so many complaints on a daily basis, on Facebook, Hellopeter etc., I will hang my head in shame!!!! I really feel sorry for the people that work for you, I will never want to put your company's name on my CV!! I placed my order on the 30th of November for delivery 3 Dec, nothing arrived, no notification that it will be late NOTHING. It is the 7th today - still NOTHING!!!! Spoke to a call center agent now, the blame goes to SAB, if I read all these complaints everywhere I know this is a lie!! It is disgusting how you ruin people's special day, and you just don't give a rat's ass!!! Order number: ***
