Bad bad service

My wife ordered me a box of chocolates that was saposed to be delivered to me on Valentine's day at my office in Kempton Park. This never happened. On Monday she phoned a few time and was told that there is no one at my office and no one is answering the phone. I'm not sure how that is possible as the receptionist confirmed that there was a delivery from net florist, but to a nother person. I then myself phoned on Tuesday and demanded a full refund. I was told it would take 5 to 7 working days and that they would contact my wife for her banking details. The chocolates arrived on that same Tuesday and I phoned net florist again to inform them and that they should send some one to come and collect it as we still want our refund. I was told it will be done. Since then there has been now contact from them, no refund and no collection. <br> <br> Net florist ref no. ***
