Bad bad service!

On the 25th May 2023 I ordered a bouquet of flowers to delivered in Pretoria meant for birthday present and I paid over R400 order no. ‪***‬ around 11h30 and they were delivered exactly 21h15, this to me was the worse service as I was made it clear that the flowers were supposed to be delivered at work of which that was to be during the day instead the present was delivered when the person was already sleeping at night!
