Bad Bad Service

I am absolutely appalled at the service I received from Netflorist. I had ordered a gift a week before the time. And asked that it be delivered the following week.

The day arrived and the whole day I received no communication in regards to the process. I called to inquire on the whereabouts of the package and was told it would arrive at 16:00 latest.

Nothing arrived I called once again, and was told it would be delivered first thing the next day. I called at midday the next day and was told the package will only be delivered by 16:00 (once again)

i absolutely livid and how the staff were unhelpful, and plain rude when I was inquiring.
