Bad bad service

Iam so disappointed! I ordered on the 26th of April 2018 order number ********** 76 and it was suppose to be delivered today the 2nd of May,I called to find out what time it will be delivered and the consultant told me that on her side it shows that the order will be delivered on the 8th of May of which she said maybe there is a delayed,however i have not received an email to notify me of this change,iam so disappointed! I want my money back and I want my order to be delivered!!!
