BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND

On the 20 Feb 2019 I order a mixed magic bouquet order no ********** 47 for the amount of R409,90 to be delivered to my wife working at Royal Schools Sky City address details cnr Lemon shark and Kingfish street Sky City Waterval spruit 1724. This flowers was meant to be a belated surprise Valentine's gift, to my surprise on 22 Feb 2019 approx. 8çlock the morning I called Netflorist and was in short told that Netflorist do not deliver to Sky City as it is to far for the courier company, but I phoned the call centre at 17:10 on the 22 Feb 2019 and asked if they deliver at Eye of Africa in Eikenhof which is a 5 minutes drive to Sky City and the consultant adviced me that they do deliver at Eye of Africa Eikenhof. Now my question is could no one advise on the day of purchase that it is "to far" and WHY do they advertise falsely on the website and WHY do they not stipulate where they can or cannot deliver. They are quick to take payment but poor to pay back they wanted to supplement the flowers with vouchers which was not my intend in the first place and now I must wait 5-10 days for my money which is unfair!!!!! I will never make use of NETFLORIST again and will tell everybody about this
