BAD ATTITUDE FROM NETFLORIST

I am extremely upset with the service from Netflorist, i had placed an order for delivery in Newlands West Durban. They gladly accepted my order and payment today at 10h30 for same day delivery to a school. Knowing that a school closes at a certain time, they were not able to deliver timeously. I mean why give an option on the booking site of a school if they cannot deliver during school hours. The call center staff is quite rude with regards to the fact that they cannot grantee a delivery time, even though i specifically told them that they have to deliver during school hours because they are the ones that gave such an option on their website. i have not at any stage demanded a specific time, just requested that it should be done before school closes. I had called on numerous occasions and even spoke to managers, i am very upset because the special day has been ruined, as i had to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow! But i feel that i will sit with this same situation yet again tomorrow, as they cannot confirm that my arrangement will be delivered before 14h00
