Sent my aunt a fruit basket , the fruit was over ripe and rotten. Sent them and email and they responded giving us a voucher for less than half the value of the fruit basket we purchased. We sent them emails complaining. To date they have not sent us a voucher for the full amount we spent. They stopped responding to us. We used to use their service fairly frequently
