I'm extremely frustrated with the delivery service. Considering the amount of money spent, it's unacceptable that they can't provide a delivery time. To make matters worse, they're unresponsive to emails and WhatsApp messages.

As a result, I've lost trust in their service. In the future, I'd rather take the time to visit a physical store and spend my money there. At least then I'll have a better shopping experience and more reliable customer service."
