Awful customer service! Days to confirm size, then a 2-hour expired coupon

Awful customer service! Days to confirm size, then a 2-hour expired coupon. 12 emails/9 WhatsApps later, still no delivery time. They repeatedly asked for invoice number, recipient details, and my info despite having it and messaging on my registered WA . Delivered days late (14th instead of 11th for Mother's Day). 2/5 stars for beautiful product and lovely embroidery/card, but service was a disaster. Only ordered thru them because last time also maybe worse and had partial refund when 4/5 items were wrong, broken and spelled wrong in embroidery.
