I was assisted by Brenda Emela this morning after I couldn't find a voucher code which was emailed to me. She was super patient with me, she treated me with great respect and kindness. I feel she went the extra mile as she could have just re-emailed it but she stood on the line with me to ensure I capture my order correctly. Well done lady!
