I have been a loyal Netflorist supporter for a couple of years and I have to say the service is excellent. Any issue I have had, it was immediately resolved. The complaint process is quick and easy with no hassles for making up for it. I placed an order for my cousins 50th birthday and the delivery was quite swift me and the recipient been kept informed throughout the process.
