Awesome customer service.

What a great service from Dionique (sp) and Jordan this morning from Netflorist. My order was not going through &Dionique assisted with the online query and she put me through their call centre, where Jordan took over (I'm currently based in South Korea but that did not stop them from helping me.). Thank you so much ladies,hope the recipient will like the gift as much as I appreciate the service.
