Avoid purchasing from Netflorist at all costs

I’ve placed an order with Netflorist and paid for next day delivery, all of which was for a ridiculously expensive amount. Firstly I received a notification to state my order was delivered, to when I checked it was not delivered. Shortly after this I received a notification that the deliver has been rescheduled with no update as to when the delivery was rescheduled for! I have tried to reach out to netflorist by both phone and email to resolve this issue and speak to someone but I am unable to get through on either platform. This is absolutely shocking customer service! Flowers have still not been delivered and the company brands themselves by making you believe that you can order from anywhere and the gifts you purchased would be delivered to your loved one when it’s supposed to be. I will never buy from this company again!
