Avoid Netflorist at all costs!
Horrible horrible experience. Received sms from them saying they would deliver that day. They did not! 2 days later still nothing. I emailed and phoned a few times. Still nothing but lies. Emailed MD Ryan. No courtesy of a reply.

15 Jun 2020, 15:35MD Ryan contacted me directly, subsequently. He apologised for the poor handling of the delivery. The delivery was promised for Monday 15th. It arrived!
I appreciate the follow-up but suggest that customers get a timely email or SMS if there is a problem with delivery. It is all about communication.
