Avoid NetFlorist

VERY disappointed with my experience with NetFlorist.I wanted to send flowers to a friend in Onrus, Herm****. Each time I chose an arrangement the response was that that could not be delivered to Onrus.

I then requested a list of arrangements that could be delivered there. I was sent a list, chose an arrangement and yet again was told it couldn't be delivered to Onrus.

Eventually I found a suitable one. Delivery was quoted as R89 but when I ordered the price went up to R139!

The flowers were delivered and my friend sent me a photo. They were not the ones I had ordered! It was a poor copy of my chosen arrangement and there was no candy cane attached.( The one I ordered had a candy cane attached to the vase.)

Most of the roses were fully open so won't last very long.

Unfortunately your lowest rating is one star. I would give you no stars.
