Avoid at all costs!

I paid for an item that said it was going to be delivered the following Monday (already not keeping up with "same day gifting service". Nothing arrived the monday and I patiently waited another 3 days, still nothing. Enquired about the item to them and they said they don't have the item in stock :l INDICATE THAT ON THE WEBSITE! They apologise and said they that they will do better in future but my husband had the same issue on valentines day, how are you still not improving so many months later!?
