ATT CEO NETFLORIST!! YOUR SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!

Netflorist promised to redeliver the flowers I ordered for mothers day which was almost dead and absolutely not worth the price I paid. I got an email saying that they were going to replace the flowers with roses and a balloon and the free box of lindt chocolates. Guess what. They delivered the exact flowers with nothing else. I want a refund or credit immediately. How pathetic can ir service be. Do you guys not value ur customers??? Clearly not!!!
