Atrocious Service!!!!

This is the worst service imaginable!!!! How can it take 29 hours to realize you don't have the picture required for the gift??????? I called yesterday morning & this morning to follow up & I was told all was on track - just to be left a voice message that you don't have the picture in question.

I WILL have my order delivered toddy. I will NOT accept delivery for tomorrow because you are ***********!!!
