Atrocious NetFlorist

Absolutely atrocious business practice - way below par - should be -5. Don't even think of using NetFlorist EVER - what you see on their website is not what you get! In these tough economic times when most businesses are going all out to build and retain their client base, NetFlorist clearly is so arrogant & complacent, their management needs to be refreshed. This business started out with such potential, so disappointing.
