Atleast 7 hours late

I placed an order with netflorist for a girls birthday for the flower to be felivered to her place of work at 07:56, at 12:06 I received a mail that the delivery is on its way, at 19:16 I received a mail that it was delivered and signed for by Linda at 19:14 which is false, I don't know yet if it did get to the right place but how do you expect someone to be at their work place so long after hours and then give it to some random person?
