APPUALED!!!

Absolutely disappointed with this service!!!!! I've used Netflorist numerous times this is the first time I'm so disappointed with the service. I ordered a package for my niece's birthday to be delivered Tuesday 25/08/2020. The package was not delivered and I've called numerous times and Im advised that they are still investigating. Nobody knows what they are doing. I need an update on this or refund my money ASAP!!!
